Event Description
Course Description:
The Licensed Operator program will introduce several technology updates, including an exam application service portal, an online form submission system (DEP-065), a web platform for viewing and registering for upcoming TCH courses, and a TCH import portal. Additionally, new requirements and an EN Suite overview are provided, detailing the processes for account creation for Responsible Officials (ROs), Licensed Operators (LOs), and Approved Parties (APs), including certifications and electronic signature agreements. The seminar also covers lead service line inventories, plans, and progress reports, with demonstrations on form completion and submission. Furthermore, it addresses disinfection residuals and surface water treatment rules, specifying data entry in E2 and EN Suite, and outlines the direct upload of water quality parameters to E2 by LOs, along with account setup and demonstrations.
