Course Description:
Discussion of NJ WQAA and EPA Asset Management standards.
Discussions of tank asset management and maintaining all assets from the water treatment plant, distribution system, water storage tanks, water and wastewater plants, and reservoirs.
Review aspects of the inspection process relating to large water and wastewater assets.
Improving water quality within a distribution system and storage tanks including TTHM removal, active mixing, and residual chlorine control systems.
Instructor:
Nick Rapagnani: Nick serves as a Water System Consultant for Utility Service Group Water Solutions.  He is responsible for water and wastewater systems in northern New Jersey and Pennsylvania to help them maintain their system infrastructure, water quality, and enact asset management maintenance programs.
