Course Description:
This is a fully accredited course. We will walk through the Merchantville-Pennsauken Water Commission’s Water Treatment plant as knowledgeable instructors speak in-depth about the facility, water quality and the treatment processes used at MPWC. Participants will:
- Gain an understanding of treatment processes, from raw water to final treated effluent.
- Gain an understanding of treatment plant equipment and iron/manganese removal process.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of emerging contaminants treatment processes.
